Security and data
Your practice's data belongs to you. Here is how we handle it.
Hosted in Europe
Data is hosted in the European Union.
One practice, one vault
Every piece of data carries the identity of its practice. The database rules forbid any reading from one practice to another, and this separation is tested with every release.
Access by role
Vet, veterinary nurse, administrator: everyone sees what concerns them.
Your data stays yours
You will be able to export it at any time. It is neither sold on nor used for anything other than the service.
A record is corrected, not erased
An animal's medical history doesn't disappear by mistake.
Our access is controlled
We only enter a practice's space for support or maintenance, with a stated reason and for four hours at most. The practice can see it in its settings, and we cannot approve anything on its behalf.
A written, published framework
The terms of subscription and the data processing agreement under the GDPR are published on this site. You read them before you sign.
Support you can reach
Support answers by email at support@labrador.vet, on working days from 9 am to 6 pm, Paris time.
This page describes Labrador's commitments at launch. The details are in the privacy policy and in the data processing agreement, annexed to the subscription contract.
