Features

Labrador is moving forward step by step, with pilot practices. Each feature shows its status: available, in development or planned.

  • Status : Available
  • Status : In development
  • Status : Planned

The front desk

  • Today screen

    Status : Available

The practice's day on a single screen.

    • The waiting room, with each animal's waiting time.
    • Consultations in progress, and the vet handling each one.
    • Everyday tasks as large tiles: check in, call the next patient, search.
  • One-step check-in

    Status : Available

A client arrives: they're in the waiting room within seconds.

    • Search by the animal's name, the owner's name, phone number or microchip number.
    • New client: four fields are enough, in two clear groups, the owner and then the animal. The rest can be filled in later.
    • The breed is picked from a list. Age or date of birth, whichever you have.
    • The microchip is read from the health booklet at the front desk, then the vet checks it with a scanner during the consultation.
    • An alert if the phone number or microchip already exists, to avoid duplicates.
  • Waiting room

    Status : Available

Who's waiting, since when, and what for.

    • Start a consultation or end a visit with a single button.
    • The reason for the visit and today's weight follow the animal.
    • Call the next patient: the one who has been waiting longest.
  • Calendar

    Status : In development

Appointments by day, by week and by vet.

    • Move an appointment with the mouse or a finger.
    • A client is checked in straight from their appointment.
    • Appointment reminder sent to the owner.

The record

  • Patient record

    Status : Available

Everything you need to know about the animal, without hunting for it.

    • Photo taken from the app, with the tablet or workstation camera.
    • Two separate alerts, visible everywhere: the animal's behaviour and a drug allergy.
    • Weight chart and visit history.
  • Owners

    Status : Available

    One owner, all their animals.

    • Contact details and notes that help the front desk.
    • One-touch calling from the record.
    • Add a new animal without re-entering the owner.

Throughout the app

  • Tablet, computer, phone

Buttons are at least 44 pixels: you hit the right one, even standing beside the examination table.

  • Light and dark

The theme follows your device, or you set it in one step.

  • One search for everything

An animal, an owner, a phone number, a microchip: a single search bar.

  • Every practice in its own space

One practice's data is never visible to another.
