Labrador brings the front desk, the patient record, the consultation and the laboratory together in one online software. It is designed so that a test requested during the consultation comes back to the record on its own.
- Data hosted in Europe
- Separation tested with every release
- Contract and GDPR agreement published
- Email support on working days
On computer, tablet and phone. In light mode or dark.
Why Labrador
Three choices that change the practice's day.
The laboratory
One test, one entry.
The request leaves the consultation. The animal appears on the analyser's worklist, the result comes back to the record with its reference ranges, and the line is added to the invoice.
The request
From the consultation, in one step.
The analyser
The animal is already on its worklist.
The result
It comes back to the record, with reference ranges.
The invoice
The line is created, nothing is forgotten.
Official partner
Developed with an analyser manufacturer.
Labrador is designed with MS Laboratoires, our official partner. Working with the people who make the analysers is what makes a two-way connection possible.
40 years of veterinary diagnostics
MS Laboratoires has been in business since 1986: 40 years in 2026.
A French manufacturer
The company is based in Osny, in the Val-d'Oise, France. It makes haematology and biochemistry analysers for vets.
Designed with the manufacturer
Labrador is designed with the people who make the analysers. Hence the two-way integration, currently in development.
Security and data
Your practice's data stays protected, and yours.
Hosted in Europe
Data is stored in the European Union, in Ireland. It is never sold.
One practice, one vault
No practice can read another's data. This separation is tested with every release.
Controlled access
Everyone sees what concerns them, according to their role. Our own access requires a reason, is limited to four hours and is visible to the practice.
A written framework
The terms of subscription and the data processing agreement are published. You read them before you sign.
