Veterinary software built with the laboratory.

Labrador is a brand of UPC, Universal Pet Care. We develop it with Melet Schloesing Laboratoires, our official partner, for vets and their teams.

  • 40 years

of veterinary expertise at our official partner, MS Laboratoires.

  • Europe

Your practice's data is hosted in the European Union, in Ireland.

  • €0

in add-ons. Users, the analyser connection and support are included in the subscription.

  • 2 days

A reply to every request within two working days.

Our mission

Giving teams back the time they spend copying things out.

Today, a single test often means several entries: in the analyser, in the record, then on the invoice. We want only one to remain.

That is the purpose of our work with MS Laboratoires: a two-way connection between the software and the analysers, currently in development. The request leaves Labrador, the result comes back to the right record, and the line is added to the invoice.

Around the laboratory, Labrador covers the practice's whole day. Reception, admission, records and the waiting room already work. The rest is arriving step by step, built with the first pilot practices.

Official partner

Melet Schloesing Laboratoires

A French company, based in Osny in the Val-d'Oise and in business since 1986. MS Laboratoires makes veterinary laboratory analysers, for haematology and biochemistry.

Designing the software with the people who make the analysers is what makes a two-way connection possible, included in the subscription.

Our commitments

What your practice can count on.

  1. Your data stays yours

It is hosted in the European Union and used only to provide the service. It is never sold, nor used for anything else.

  2. One practice, one vault

The database rules forbid any reading from one practice to another. This separation is tested with every release.

  3. Controlled access

We only enter a practice's space for support or maintenance, with a stated reason and for four hours at most. The practice can see it in its settings.

  4. A contract you can read

The terms of subscription and the data processing agreement are published on this site. You read them before you sign.

  5. Public prices

Four plans, shown on this site. No feature reserved for one plan, no add-on on the invoice.

  6. What is ready, and what isn't

Every feature shows its status: available, in development or planned. We don't sell what isn't ready.

How we work

Moving forward with practices, one step at a time.

  1. Listen

Every demo starts from your cases and from what you're missing today. Twenty minutes, by video call.

  2. Build with pilot practices

Pilot practices use Labrador before everyone else and shape what we build.

  3. Deliver step by step

Each feature arrives when it is ready, and its status is shown on this site.
